seven months & autumn

it's a little crazy for me to think that stryker boy is already seven months old! i know i say that every month, but i'm still not over it. :)

some of stryker's latest skills are: playing peek-a-boo {he covers his own face with a blanket or clothes and then moves them}, eating meats {turkey, chicken, and ham}, sitting up straight and sturdy all by himself, pushing his arms straight and almost getting up on his knees, comprehension of sign language {i'm teaching him a few basics - food, milk, drink, more, play, tired/nap, etc}, being ticklish, and being overjoyed when his dad comes home {he's a smart kid!}. eric and i feel so blessed to have such a wonderful person in our family. he is such a joy to us!

that being said, i'm a mean mom because i made stryker sit in a pile of leaves yesterday, staring straight into the sun {had to celebrate autumn!}, and it was cold outside! he was a trooper though and smiled his little heart out for me. HE ROCKS! here are my favs...
