rather than pass out candy to trick-or-treaters {it's a tough economy!}, we spent the evening of halloween hanging out with my mom and dad. my mom wanted to visit with us before the weather turned for the worse, so my dad drove her up from st. george.
stryker boy and i had a little fun with the camera whilst waiting for them to arrive...
oh and stryker's "discovered the camera." he'll ham it up and be all smiles when you take pictures, but the second you switch it to video, he clams up. i was playing peek-a-boo with him in the kitchen and he was laughing his guts out, but the second i "discreetly" turned on the camera, he stopped laughing and kept "eyeing" it. all you get are the smiles. sad day...for you all! but i haven't totally given up! i'll catch his giggles one of these days!
ps this is what my child does when he's supposed to be napping - he keeps himself awake until the very last second by pulling off his socks. i do believe he thinks he's hilarious. i give the kid credit, he's pretty talented...and just like me and his dad. we hate wearing stuff on our feet!!! :)
