JULY 2013 RECAP

Our gorgeous niece, Meagan Robinson, got married this month to Kiko Hermosillo in the Mt. Timpanogos Temple.  We are SO happy for them!  Theresa was sweet enough to let me help with a candy table and fruit salad display for their reception.  It was fun to do some "event planning" again!  The reception was awesome and I'm pretty sure the bride and groom had a good time!  :)

JULY 9 - FUN WITH MADI

Madilyn is one of the most gifted young ladies I know, especially when it comes to loving and caring for children.  Her time spent with Stryker was no exception.  Boy was asking for, "Manny," weeks after she left.  It was such a joy to have her in our home!

JULY 14 - 16 WEEKS & 50TH WEDDING CELEBRATION

Man, this pregnancy has been just different enough that I "feel off."  Eating has been a real issue this time around and the migraines are just as nasty as ever.  *sigh*  But for the most part, I can't complain and feel lucky to have a healthy and happy {we'd hope!} little one growing inside.

Stryker - 16 week bump
We spent the afternoon at Melly's house celebrating a surprise 50th Wedding Anniversary party for Mom & Dad Sorensen!  Sadly, I had a wicked bad migraine, but we still enjoyed a few hours of family fun.  We are so happy that mom and dad found each other and have made the past 50 years work.  We are so proud of them and grateful for the example they set for each of us.  We love you so much!!!

JULY 17 - BOY IN BOWL

Seriously cracks me up...

JULY 22 - PIONEER DAY FLOAT PREVIEW

Boy and I enjoyed a fun morning with Gma & Gpa S, Melly, at the Expo Center Pioneer Day Float Preview.  Some of the floats were absolutely breathtaking.  It's amazing what some creativity and money can do!  :)

Boy like the Lego float so much...

...he parked himself on the floor in front of it.

JULY 23 - SPANISH FORK RODEO!

I LOVE the Spanish Fork Rodeo...not really sure why, but I'm glad we got to go this year.  So fun!  Boy was enthralled.

JULY 26-27 - CAMPING...FINALLY!

We finally enjoyed an overnighter up Hobble Creek to celebrate Scott's big 3-0.  As you can see from the birthday sign, Alisyn's dyslexia and pregnancy don't mix so well.  :)  It was SO FUN to get out of the house and into the woods for a few hours.  And Happy Birthday, Scott!  We love you, man!

JULY 28 - 18 WEEKS

I feel like a lot of baby growth happened these past two weeks!  I already had to switch out of my wedding ring...so sad!  :(
