...I can be cured (maybe)!
I shall go in for a TEE (transesophageal echocardiography) and MRI on Tuesday, August 11 and Wednesday, August 12 respectively. Wahoo! Dr. Lucia Altamirano is quite certain that my symptoms (heart murmur, constant headaches, and cyclical migraines) indicate a hole in my heart. Holes in the heart can be very easy to fix (same-day procedure, quick and easy, no knives) and allow you to feel better almost instantly! :)
And if that's not the problem, I feel confident that Dr. Altamirano will help me figure something out. Hooray for competent and helpful people!
