NOVEMBER 2 - TALKING - Can you hear it!? :)
I gave Styker his first "real" injury. His beautiful head is blemished now. Sad day. I was coming off my migraine, so I was laying on the floor and the next thing I know, BAM! boy is head butting me and my front tooth is smashing into his skull. Ouch...for both of us! Thankfully my tooth didn't die and boy's head recovered quickly thanks to his dad's awesome bandaging skills. At least we won't feel so bad when the next few rounds of head injuries come along... :)
NOVEMBER 6 - LEGO THRONE
We built a chair out of Legos today, boy really got into it...until it collapsed. :) I made a new green Chevron pillow for my grey chair, gotta say I love it!
NOVEMBER 8 - BEANS
As a mother, I often feel desperate for new ways to educate and engage my child, particularly around dinner preparation time. :) Stryker often spends time looking through our kitchen drawers playing with pots and pans and bowls, etc. Sometimes pulling every pot and pan out of the cupboards drives the mama a little crazy, so tonight I decided to pull out some dried black beans for the boy to play with. WOW! We have a new favorite time filler!
NOVEMBER 9 - MY LITTLE ELF
| Pillows I made for a wedding present - hope she likes them! |
NOVEMBER 10 - HELPING DAD
Our dishwasher and sink caused a flood in between the kitchen floor and basement ceiling. Awesome. Stryker was so excited to help his dad figure out the problem though!
NOVEMBER 16 - PLAYTIME WITH TREY
Cousin Trey rocks it! Stryker LOVES Trey and I daresay Trey loves the little dude too! :)
Now that little man's in Nursery, he brings home all types of exciting things that he made in church. I taped a clear sheet protector on the coat closet so that we can display Stryker's "work." Minus this hat, which we tried to have boy proudly display on his head, but he wasn't buying it.
NOVEMBER 22 - FAMILY PIX & BUGGY IN ST. GEORGE
Always such a fun en devour. ;)
I snapped some family pix for my sweet sister's holiday cards too...

And E had a chance to take his buggy out for a spin around the block...
NOVEMBER 25 - EARLY CHRISTMAS
We had Steve's family for Christmas this year and Steve was nice enough to let his kids open their presents early. So it was handmade Spicy products for the gals and RC cars for the boys!
