Housing Front

There is another offer down on the house two streets from us. We can't know what the other peep's are offering, but the bank will accept the highest bid. We haven't changed our offer since the last counter-offer, so it will be interesting to see how that all pans out. We walked through several other houses yesterday and found one in Mattress Springs (the town right next to Maple Syrupville :) ) that we really like. It is a model home, so it has been nicely maintained and never been lived in. It's on almost 1/2 acre, backed with city land that has a gorgeous walking trail and creek. We REALLY like it. So, if the Maple Syrupville one falls through, we have a very happy alternative.
