Disney On Ice
Last Wednesday night E and I decided to be crazy spontaneous and get tickets to Disney on Ice! We convinced our friends S, S, & Z (they were actually all for it) to come with us...and Sister & New Guy too! SO, we packed into the car and headed up to the Energy Solutions Arena.
IT WAS SO MUCH FUN!!!
Z was perfectly content with sitting still and watching the entire 2 hour program...NO FUSSING! At five months, she was better behaved than 75% of the kids 5-10 years old! She totally rocks. I want a baby like that. :)
The highlights of the show were: Celtic Highland Dancers (WOW! Talk about a sparkly kilt!), It's a Small World light show and dance, the UNICYCLER, the sharks, and the whale. INTENSE! S snagged some photos, so enjoy!
Perhaps I just needed to fill a suppressed childhood desire, but I highly recommend going and enjoying Disney on Ice without a boat load of kids! Don't get me wrong, we will go back someday with our kids, but just being able to enjoy it for it's own sake was really cool. (No pun intended...) :)
