one month

stryker has been with us for one month now - where does the time go!? he's awesome and we love having the little man around, he is a joy to our family. he is really good at following sounds and objects with his eyes now and he's even smiled at me a few times. he's really good at grunting, eating, pooping, tummy time {his neck is uber strong}, and he absolutely loves bath time.


my almost 8 pound baby at birth is now 10.5 pounds and 22 inches long. he weighed in at 9 pounds 4.5 ounces and 21.5 inches at 2.5 weeks, so apparently he really enjoys growing too! :)

sister had her baby yesterday, so the cousin twiners are exactly one month apart. heidi ann frank is an absolutely gorgeous little girl! she weighed in at 9 pounds 2 ounces and 21 inches. all is well with their little family.

stryker got to celebrate his one month birthday with a visit from his auntie steph and z, as well as his auntie deb. e stayed late at the shop to help a friend and work on a trailer he's building, so i really appreciated the visits too!


the weather has been quite lovely recently, so stryker and i have been enjoying a lot of walks. it's so nice to get out of the house and bask in god's miraculous creations! i am so grateful to live in such a beautiful area.
